Because our products are custom-made and personalized to each customer's specifications, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom products, unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including size, color, design, personalization details and shipping information. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution
